Michael Pearlstein Created Empire Realty Investments Inc in 1987 and merged with Empire Realty Company, which his Father Robert Pearlstein founded in 1960 after working for his Father in the family furniture business in Brewerytown during college. Michael has developed and expanded the company from the very start. Transactions Acquisitions and Management are in more than 18 States and 124 properties across the United States.
